Booking conditions
Our tariffs are very reasonable. For a Quality Service, as well as being suited to the individual, the prices are in line with those currently practised in the Ardèche by the majority of sports professionals.
To book, you just need to contact us by phone or by mail (you’ll find our references in the chapter «contact us»).
Bookings are subject to conditions . Read them carefully.
- Bookings will be confirmed by the reception of a cheque (euros) on deposit equal to 30% of the total amount of the chosen activity.
- The cheque should be made out to Gilles Crémadès and posted to the address indicated on the home page.
- Right of cancellation is reserved by The Guide with regard to impracticable weather conditions. In this case you, the client, will be fully refunded.
- In the instance of last minute cancellations, The Guide retains right of retention over the sum advanced as deposit.
- The Guide reserves the right to Refuse any persons considered inapt for the activities proposed.
- All persons participating in activities covered by our organisation should hold a personal insurance, valid and comprehensive of such sports.
