Climbing in the Ardèche
The Ardèche is the ideal spot for free climbing. We suggest that you start from an easy climbing wall and progress to a sheer cliff in total safety, thanks to the help and advice of an experienced guide.
Two possibilities for climbing
15mn from Joyeuse (Ardèche), you’ll leave for about 2- 2 ½ hours activities, during the day in Spring and Autumn, evenings in Summer (around 18h).
- Adult climbing activity (advanced climbing technique)
- Children‘s climbing (introduction to rock-climbing)
Practical information
Some advice and rules to climb the Via Ferrata of the Pont du Diable ( Devil’s Bridge) in the best conditions:
- Good physical condition required
- We provide all the technical gear: harness and helmet
- Don’t forget drinking water
- You’ll need a pair of training shoes
Children over seven.
Tariffs and times
We start during the day in Spring and Autumn, and during the evening in Summer (around18h).
